Off course ,that’s one of the most improtant things! Every manager have to have training plan. Not just do random training and expect make NT player. Couple
mistakes and you might ruin potential.
You must have a vision.
I’m ready to every single member type a message about players,training plans.What’s the best training plan for them.
Also would be great to have good communication with U-21 cosch. This Is where It starts everything.

there is another compulsion for being Iran NT coach ... you must loose against Iranian managers in B3 ... especially against me :D

It's always nice to hear some thoughts with one of the oldest members In BB ,you collected huge experience!
I like the Idea when small comunity try to grow and buy their prospects with utopian teams ( This off course with supporter ,but not everyone can afford.)

First of all congrats for this tittle I believe Is an amazing feeling right?

Hahaha ,It's funny fact and believe It Is destiny..I register for candidate before the schedule appears.Yesterday night I check and I have to play against 2 Iran teams haha
