I guess. He's both aggressive (high fouls drawn %) as well as potential black hole at ID. Than again he's the only 5 ball potential player I found so far.

Also I pretty confident there are some major flaws in my assumptions of his skillset so we'll see...

thanks, its good its random :) now, i will think only for my choice of the draft and not about how to trick the other users :)

is there some material in the forum where people explain how to understand draft players' statistics in the match ??? because when you scout a player you have for example 30min. played, 2p - 5-10, 3p - 2-3 etc etc.... do these things mean something?!?!

1) a 19yo with 5 stars rating and 5 stars potential or a 18yo with 4 stars rating and 5 stars potential?

I think that it depends on the use you want to make of it: if you can train him, I believe that the 18 yo is better because in a year of training its growth is greater than the difference between 4 and 5 stars; if you want to sell him, the 19 yo will likely walk away at a slightly higher price, but it depends on the momentum

2) a 19yo with 4 stars rating and 5 stars potential or a 18yo with 5 stars rating and 4 stars potential?

I think that the first is the best case scenario in any case..potential rulez baby!

If I remember correctly ID does NOT affect fouling, SB only "a little".

It's in this forum under "Guide to BuzzerBeater"; "FAQ"; "My player keeps fouling out. Why?"

There are a number of reasons that could be causing this. The first main reason is that the player is a bad defender. Bad defence means the player will try and stop the other player from scoring or getting past and this will result in a foul. Training up defence can easily solve this problem. The second major reason is that all players have a hidden attribute that is called their 'physicality' attribute. This attribute is basically how aggressive the player is. The more aggressive the player is, the more likely the player is to both commit and draw fouls. There is no way to lower this hidden attribute. If you are unhappy with a player constantly fouling out then you may just need to sell him. Conversely, you can try playing different tactics which often affect how many fouls are committed, or you could try playing the player at a different position to see if there are less fouls then.

I have no idea if it's true. The guide is pretty old now...
