One question.

What decides the draft seeds? Better campaigns equal to lower seeds?

For an instance: I`m leading the season, and probably will win the title. Will I be the last seed? Or it will be based on next season, what would make me top seed since i would be moving up division?

It's based on where you finish for a season, and by regular season record.

The draft seeding is based strictly on this season's regular season record, and does not consider which conference you are in. So either you or Lakers will have the 15th and 16th seeds based on how you finish, while the 3 teams that are 14-7 will have the 12th through 14th seeds based on the results of their final game.

It appears that perhaps 11 teams in your league are not active. These teams will be given a draft list, but they probably won't re-order it, so they will be grabbing players without knowing how good they are. So your 15th/16th pick will be much better than it might appear.

One slight oddity with the draft is that the results will be announced at the start of the new season, after you may have promoted to D.III. Nonetheless, each draft is among the 16 teams of this season's configuration.

When exactly do I get does darft reports? Date?

It is right after the end of the regular season (the last game is Saturday). So perhaps Sunday or Monday of next week.

is there a way we can prevent a player in our team from being in the draft and taken away by other teams? :)
