And why is that so? If Pressure trains slower, shouldn't inside defense logically as well?

Doesen't that lead to a "misbehaviour" of the managers, by focusing more on fast training?

BTW, is there anywhere a list or a chart which displays the training speed of each skill?

The fact that one skill is trained slower doesn't make it any less useful.

Everyone is free to focus on whatever training they wish, and I don't see how this can be construed as 'misbehaviour' at all.

I've experienced something similar.. I've trained Pressure for 2 weeks now and had only 1 pop. All 5 of my trainees are 21 or under and they all got their minutes (except for 1.. not sure what happened, he didn't get played in the scrimmage at all even though he was the backup).

Pressure trains more slowly than most other trainings.

You are telling me!! But it is worthwhile..... in my last PL game 4 PGs - 3 PGs (with Tremendous / Prolific / Prolific OD) between all 4 - 0 points - Im not 100% sure about the JS stats but I think all above Prominent..... each finished the match with 10 rating or better.....
