If they've been scouted twice, you still only have one box score from one game, right?

I don't understand this comment...

he mean lot of fouls per minutes mean a bad stamina, so player with good stamina foul less then players with bad stamina.

But i don't think, maybe you could say the one with five fouls got a bad charakter and will get a lot of foultrouble because he is a bad guy^^

not really... it can also be:
Player 1: 35 minutes and 0 fouls scouted once; most likely good stamina.
player 2: 35 minutes and 5 fouls scouted twice; most likely bad Defense and good stamina.
