Yes but higher level doctors have influence on the injuries when they actually occure. So having a higher level doctors -> prevent some injuries sticking and some injuries duration is lowered.

Sure, except this thread is related to a player whose injury is stuck at three weeks and hasn't been healing visibly for a while.

If you have player old enough and he got injured, he will never heal - injury time just get longer and longer (like in Hattrick)... ;)

It's true - the older you are, the more slowly you heal.
