TRAINING
I want to have a realistic training system, instead of playing out of position all the time :D

instead of team training, we can specify on which player train what, and the rate of their improvement round with age, potential, court time and height... with an additional option call focus training on certain player.

Focus training : Reduce game shape, but improve faster



Coaches

i want all coach to have their specific stats, like better at training
Offense(Big, Small),
Defense (Big Small),
Average.

OR

Training coach vs Game coach, one develops player and the other makes your player better in game.



Player Trading

you can only trade player of similar potential + salary
like....


value of a player can be added by their potential
1 star potential = 10k
2 star potential = 20k
3 star potential = 30k
4 star potential = 40k
5 star potential = 50k

if i want a 5 star potential rookie with the salary of 5k, i must give :

a player with 45k+ in salary
a player with 35k+ in salary + 2 star pot
a player with 25k+ in salary + 3 star pot
a player with 15k+ in salary + 4 star pot
a player with 5k+ in salary + 5 star pot

Note : the value cannot exceed +/- 15k

all player with salary of 60k + will have void potential (AKA zero value added)


you are only allow to offer trade, if the player are on trading block(new feature).

this will lower team a chance to compete by trading away their potential HOF rookie.

+1. The first part of the coaching thing was good. Also trading players would be pretty interesting, but can you give cash and trade a lower group guy for one higher?

I'd love it if it's possible to trade players. Not only 1 player for another one, but it should be possible to trade (for example) 2 good guys from your team for 1 very good guy. Could work with some rules, for example that the Total Salary of the guys from manager A can only be up to 10% more than the Total Salary of the players that manager B would throw into the trade.

Trading is not a good idea in my opinion. It will ruin the economy for sure. The only way it can work is if players had some universal value that can help us compare them (and even then I wouldn't be convinced).
Salary is not good enough, bacause a 20 year old and a 30 yeard player with the same salary have different market values. Same goes for positions, SFs are way more expensive than Centers with the same salary.

I'm also against trading unless players had universal value, like you are saying. Maybe skill points? Adjusted for age, of course.

Id like an addition of trading draft picks.

yeah I'd like to trade draft pick/s for money

Trade or auction of draft picks? And how about scouting players for draft with traded/sold picks? Could I trade/sell/buy picks to another country or other division in my country?

i dont think ur idea is good.
firstly BB is a management game and not a coaching game.so we should not try to mix the two concepts in a single game.it would make the game much more complicated and that would result in more delays and other annoying things.(this wasnt meant to critisize the work of BBs and the delays,i am just talking about the effects of coaching the team on the game)
secondly not all active managers can watch the games.i mean i am quite active in BB and log in everyday but still i cant watch the games coz i have my classes during that time.
