It makes no difference how a player gets to 48 minutes in a week.

If a player plays 24 minutes in week 1, he receives some proportion of the training, but almost certainly less than 50%.

The following week, he also plays 24 minutes (who is the gm that can only get a guy 24 minutes in three games?). Again he receives less than 50% training.

And so on.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

I was looking at the list and found a 'illogical' trainingstime:

Outside Shooting
SG:
Trains JR @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-6 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks

PG/SG:
Trains JR @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-5 weeks
Trains DV @ ?
Trains HN @ ?

It seems to go quicker when training two positions. I'd say one of the two is wrong, can someone confirm, explain or clear this?

This is much more like 4-5 weeks than 2-3.

I think you might change all the 2 position training for 18yo with a lvl 5 trainer from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 weeks. My 20 yo trainees are still popping at the same speed as the 18yo's though.

I have been training IS and ID all season (and a few weeks RB), and my 18 yo's are popping on average 3,5 week I think (both around 2m0, so might be 3 weeks for a 2m20.

Could be. Maybe they're... kind of tall?

I am not so sure about training for SB if size matters, but i am positive that size matters in training for Rebounding and Ball handling. Advantages in rebounding for taller trainees n advantages for shorter trainees in ball handling.
