Okay. I'll keep monitoring my attendance and fan survey. Because I'm not that satisfied for this. Atendance was in the first round ~18k until bug got fixed after that 12217 and all the changes happend on bleechers. Fan survey only had 3 ratings before first game? I'm not sure if there's something wrong. But for now it seems to be correct.

So that fan survey doesn't explain all and ticket prices have been same from november.

The value at the Manage My Team quick finance overview should be the right one, the balance of the economy page sheet just isn't updated yet. So you did get the right amount of money, but since the economy page updates at monday, it's not shown yet, while it is in the MMT page.

all teams in my league seem already got normal with attendance... but I'm not..

Hi Everyone,

First off, the accounting miscalculations have been fixed. That is, all of the numbers on your economy page should now correctly add up based on the individual line items. Please let me know if this is not the case for anyone.

I wanted to express my deepest apologies for the way this has all transpired over the past week. There was definitely a mix-up on our part, and it happened to be very similar to the one that occurred last season. I could try and defend this by saying "hey, bad things happen, nobody's prefect," but I don't think that will make anyone feel any better -- even if I could argue that it's ok for these things to happen sometimes, letting the same problem happen twice in a row is just poor checking on our part, and there isn't much of an excuse for it.

The best I can say about the situation (and I hope that this is something you've all come to realize in the past) is that we will always try our best to resolve any issue that comes up, even if it occasionally takes more than one iteration to fix properly. It really sucks when something like this happens, especially when it affects some of our oldest and dearest users, and I know how tough it can be to stay patient when there is something wrong with your team's finances. I can assure you this problem will not happen again next season.

I just was wondering whether you could check my attendance for the match 12/19/09 (18244535). I have this recorded from the night the match was played:

BL- 15395
LT- 2700
CS- 802
LB - 36

This is what is currently recorded after all the "fixes":
BL -9949
LT - 2700
CS- 802
LB- 36

Is this correct or can I get the remaining bleachers back? either way let me know. No biggie, I know you guys have been crazy busy trying to get it up and going.

hmm... i will look at your case specifically.. as clearly your attendance went back up again using the right GE code on your next home game... i'm not sure how your attendance numbers were not fixed with my cleanup code... i will need time to investigate and obviously this is a difficult time for us as we are all away on holiday with our families trying to get things done while not pissing off our families for being on computers.

I understand fully. When you get back after the holidays perhaps you could verify that this is the correct lower tier seats sold for my team (I had 200 more lower tier seats total on the last games):

Now I have ~4000 more on bleechers but fan survey and prices are same. In other areas chance is minimal. KPP is my rival but that shouldn't affect that mutch. So my 19.12. SPTS game is bug free? I pretty convinced that there's still something wrong in my SPTS attendance.

Would you please check that out once more but no hurry. Todays attendance is imo in the right zone.

Today in my second home match (against Blackwolves) I sold the number of bleachers I expected: 16071

Obviously it was a bug to reduce the original number of bleachers in the game against Massendefekt from 16071 down to 11587.
Fan survey is still 2.5 balls, as in the game against Massendefekt.

Can you please take care of this bug?
I don't want it to happen at every season's start.

the bug that caused this to happen is definitely fixed and it won't happen at the start of next season.

the problem with fixing this bug is that the exact code that calculates the attendance is in the GE, and we cannot rerun that exact code, we have to try to replicate the formula in SQL, which I thought I had done, but i'm clearly missing something for some combinations of attendance/arena size etc... i clearly also have it correct for other cases... i'm still trying to figure out the loophole that is missing for the few teams that appears to be screwed up... I might at some point just give up and do some manually.
