http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/18706213/overview.aspx

This player was just given to a new team in my division. I think you're a scout, so he'd be worth keeping an eye on and working with the manager on

i think it's lost also this one. never answered to my bbmail ..and ..Last login 14th of november ... :-(

Have MATT add him to the squad so that he will remain an active player and I will try to purchase him once his team goes inactive.

well he probably wont be worth adding to the roster since we will get new 18 year olds after the draft who might be better?

Perhaps. I'm not going to have a good draft pick though, and I'm already training a C, so I'd at least do my best to get Givens in form.

he has lost an entire season.
It's like to catch a 19 y.o. from the draft , there 's no return in training him .

Pay attention to the draft and to some new guy ... right now it's the only thing to do.

ok so with the draft what are we looking for... for example in a PG would we rather draft a:

5 ball skills / 3 Ball Potential A- PG
or
4 ball skills / 4 Ball Potential B+ PG

etc.
etc.

just so people know what to look for.

both of them :D
if we talk about U21 team.... cause you can train a player to a good level also with an all star potential . (We are talking of P and SG obviously, for the big men at least you need a superstar, but also one low with no blocking skill is good)

for the major the potential is something too important , so ..5 ball skills ,best potential :D

Pay attention that ..right now .. all these condition are not respected, cause we work using what we have and it can also be something inferior...

I don't see how you can say low shot blocking is good for a big man. There's a decent amount of debate over weather it's very useful or not, but there's certainly no evidence of it being a bad thing, and if it's going to be useful then surely it would be on a big guy. Plus, if it's higher then it will have less of a negative elastic effect when you're training the other big guy skills.

You also may consider their age. An 18 year old has 4 years of development as a U-21 player (18,19,20,21) where a 19 year old has only 3 (19,20,21)

I think it's certainly useful, it's just very expensive, especially on a big man for a lower-division team.
