Trading is not a good idea in my opinion. It will ruin the economy for sure. The only way it can work is if players had some universal value that can help us compare them (and even then I wouldn't be convinced).
Salary is not good enough, bacause a 20 year old and a 30 yeard player with the same salary have different market values. Same goes for positions, SFs are way more expensive than Centers with the same salary.

I'm also against trading unless players had universal value, like you are saying. Maybe skill points? Adjusted for age, of course.

Trade or auction of draft picks? And how about scouting players for draft with traded/sold picks? Could I trade/sell/buy picks to another country or other division in my country?

i dont think ur idea is good.
firstly BB is a management game and not a coaching game.so we should not try to mix the two concepts in a single game.it would make the game much more complicated and that would result in more delays and other annoying things.(this wasnt meant to critisize the work of BBs and the delays,i am just talking about the effects of coaching the team on the game)
secondly not all active managers can watch the games.i mean i am quite active in BB and log in everyday but still i cant watch the games coz i have my classes during that time.

I have to agree. I think introducing trading would be a complete mess and quickly ruin this game to the point where most users are frustrated and quit.

People should understand that the transfer market IS trading players. You sell the players you don't want and buy players that you do want. It's the same thing, only in a controlled environment. If people want tp play a game where trading is allowed and half the league owners are frustrated by lopsided trades, play Yahoo or ESPN fantasy basketball.

i wish an addionatial tactic on lineup, I want to select 3 of them

-play bench when team is in advance +20 against rival
-play bench when team is in back -20 against rival
-dont change the game tactic acording to score

they should add them to tactic screen. so we should select one or two of them (three of them is a paradox )
