Cannot make any promises but i will see what i can do. My main purpose was to get his GS and skills up and then sell him dus to his low potential..

ok, thank you :)

Hi guys, I'm giving you an update of the situation of our team. this season will be very hard because we miss last season outstanding guards (stian hokstad and olav stranda) and good players are yet to come.

After 4 matches in Consolation Tournament we are 2W and 2L that is quite good if you think that our best player right now is a 19 years old guy.

I saw that many of you are not so satisfied with my job, so please let me know why: I will hear your blames and try to do it better.

Finally I post here a special top 5 ranking about players who will lead the team next season in the european tournament:

PG/SG

1 . Ole Vegar Nilsen (24126057): I'm quite sure he will be our starting playmaker. He needs to improve both in shooting and defensing, but he has great potential and his coach is a good trainer.

2. Thyge Wieghorst (24126337): he can become a helpful comboguard, but still much work to do on all of most important skils.

3. Olav Nilsson (24126255): he is rising very fast and right now he is the best shooter we have. the main problem will be let his coach to understand how important is giving the right amount of minutes per week.

4. Oddmar Helland (24126152): the best defender, acutally he miss a lot in passing and shooting so it's quite usless in offense actions (now). he's growing fast too, so I'm confident his coach will train him in the right way.

5. Svein Sylta (24126128): even if he's in the 5th position he can be easily reached by others players. his skills level can be easily reached with only one season of one position training (so even current 18 yo have chances).

PF/C

1. Tom Osnes (25171520): the best player of next generation and he's only 19 years old! he's reached the best centers of previous season and overcome current 20 and 21 yo. He has a lot of work to do, my challenge is to create an unstoppable player taking an eye on the wage (and therefore increasing also the first six skills), in order to make it not to explode. his potential gives him also chances for senior team.

2. Bjørn Øglænd (24126150): nice player usable also for extreme look inside in 3th spot. I hope hs potential doesn't stop him too early...

3. Martin Mathiasson (24126288): other guy with good skills but very low potential for being a good center. He needs to learn how to take a ball when the opponents miss the shot.

4. Jan Bjelland (24126370): well, actually any 18yo who will be trained can reach and overcome this guy. but right now he is the forth norwegian young player in the ranking able to shoot and defense from the post.

5. Morten Hestnes (25171559): could be anyone else, I chose him just because he's quite balanced and with good potential.

so come on guys, let me know what you think!

I think my guy should be part of your ranking ;) He will never be NT material, due to his low potential, but I think he will make the U21 as a good and useful PF or SF (he already has 2 triple-doubles in his short career, both in the cup, but still).

I'am working on Oddmar every week, he will be much better in offence in a little bit.
