I have been training for a couple of weeks now but nothing is poping at all... my trainer is level 3 ... is this the problem? How important is the trainer to this process?

"I have been training" is not really sufficient to gauge what the problem is.

How many positions are you training? What skill(s)? How old are the players? How tall?

Level 3 coach is fine, and that in itself is not necessarily the problem.

"I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve."

Thanks for the replies... in the first 2-3 weeks I did train passing the whole team with a trainer of skill level 1... so not getting any improvements makes sense now... although I wonder if there could be an increase but not enough to get "pops"...
In the last2 weeks I have trainer level 3 & did train c + PF inside defense & made sure that they play more than 48 minutes... hopefully I will see the impact soon since I just got a level 4 trainer...

Hey Tesse,

The data I posted was actually from last season at some point. Here were some of the training directly after I ended pressure:

Week 1 after --> DV for PG/SG
Player A (full training) --> DV to 8
Player B (full training) --> JS to 5

Week 2 after --> PS for PG
Player A (full training) --> PS to 9
Player B (full training) --> DV to 9, HN to 8

Couple weeks of FT training, then --> DV for PG/SG
Player A (full training) --> HN to 11
Player B (full training) --> No pops

So, to answer your question, pretty sure DV is trained with pressure training. I also believe I remember one of the BBs stating that whenever DV or HN is trained (even at secondary levels), the other receives approximately 80% of that training as well. Anyone else remember that?

Is this your answer (from first message of this thread)?

Outside Shooting
SG:
Trains JR @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-6 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks

With level 7 trainer:
Trains JR @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-6 weeks
Trains DV @ 8-9 weeks
Trains HN @ 8-9 weeks

PG/SG:
Trains JR @ 3-4 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-5 weeks
Trains DV @ ?
Trains HN @ ?

i know this thread is base on younger players training progress

but can we have a thread also for older players

my backup pg who plays 48 and more minutes every week on a pg/sg pressure training havent got a pop for 6 weeks already

oh his 22 years old,

what i cant understand is my starting pg who is actually older than him by a year, almost gets a pop at that training on 3-4 weeks basis.

well the other skills such as driving and JS , handling and passing has it difference but it aint that big to say its a lrage gap

No it's just an estimation. I don't think there is a lot of info about that yet, you have to train rebounding for at least 16 weeks in a row to confirm those numbers, which is rarely done.

I`im one of those ppl that are training rebound for more than 12 week, BUT unfortunately they are older now, are of different height, age, and the most important I dont have the exact info "write in paper" of growth.

:P

Who cares?!
