I think you should add another paragraph (or another number) in the Staff section.
The Q is: If I buy a new trainer/doctor/PR manager today, when will I see his effect.

This is especially important for two scenarios.
Scenario 1: Buying a new trainer and Effect on training. Let's say some user buys a new trainer 10 minutes before the training update for his country. How will the training be calculated? With the new trainer or the old one? Cause he might think that, well, on Saturday-Tuesday-Thursday (the training days) his old trainer was in charge and logically might expect that the training will be calculated with him!

Scenario 2: Buying a new PR manager and Effect. Let's say a team is very close to bankruptcy and wants to cut some expenses. The user decides to fire his PR manager. But this team has the next game in 20 minutes, and it's a home game. So he asks this Q: Do I fire my level 5 PR manager now, or wait for the home game to end (or maybe just the home game to start - cause the fans are already inside the arena when the game starts). He might be afraid that firing him before the game will affect his attendance revenue for that match. (this scenario is probably for the last match before the season ends - entering the off-season; at that time some might find useful to fire both PR manager and trainer. The PR cause there is no competitive match in that week, and the coach because he will go for Stamina or FT training).

P.S. I think this thread should start with the Roster. When we get our team for the first time, the first thing on our mind is our players!

And a little bit more in the Draft section wouldn't hurt the FAQ's. There was another chart in the forums. It was about with relationship between the Draft report nomenclature and expected salary and potential of the drafted player. This chart answers the questions like "I've got A- grade, 4 balls star and 5 balls potential! What does it mean?". I'm sure you have that chart somewhere in your archives :). I know that users tend to panic when they are selecting the draft order. And that happens every season. To be honest, it really is a frequently asked question in BB.

Brilliant. Must be near the top 10 posts ever. Funny with all the 5 balls you got for this that you are still averaging only 2.5 overall because you get smashed in the suggestions forum so much. :)

Don't cut it. The idea of a FAQ is to give good answers to lots of questions. People will read the sections that they need and skip the others. If it was a "Guide to Noobs on BB" it would be too long, but it is well sectioned, well organised and user friendly. If I was going to add something it would be list of questions at the start with hyperlinks to make it easy for people to jump straight to the answer they want.

Not bad for a dirty Virus!

Yeah I was going to add a contents thing at the beginning but I couldn't fit it in the first post without going over the character limit but I'll find a work around for this when I edit it and add some more stuff in it.

Yeah I was sooo happy to win my cup game, had to play CT to do it but still very happy considering I only started playing the game last season :D

yes, it's also a faq.
And this one: Can I predict the height of the draftee? (cause you can predict the salary and potential, someone might ask if that can be done with the hight too).

Quick question. Does the level of your staff member effect their specialty? For example, if you have a level 5 doctor v. a level 2 doctor, does their massage specialty increase also?
