Wait until you're handed a transfer request from one of your rotation player who wants more play time ;p

Nice one, I didn't think of this in the first time. If the BBs had implemented this feature in order to reach that point, it'll add - IMHO - a new dimension on BuzzerBeater. This feature should have an impact on the performances of the players. What I mean is that If a GM refuses a transfer request, the player should react negatively and see his rating performances decrease.

Anyways, hope that "roles" won't only be fantasy and that the goal is not only adding colors to the players page...

Well, why not create the possibility to hire players from other teams when you have an injurie?
Or offcourse send them to another team for a nice amount off money?

why not get some local venders in your stadion, and make the sponsor deals an tv right yourself with some local tv stations?

If one of my role players has the guts toask for more minutes there is this FIRE button i will use......

HaHaHa ;-). Yeah, that's your way of managing your team: the Mourinho (current coach of Real Madrid) style. Hopefully, I more like Pep Guardiola =P. If one of my role player ask me for more minutes, I'll be more philosophic and maybe he'll turn into a "Messi" or something LOL!

if it aint broke than dont fix it,
if it is made and doesnt work: scrap it.

iam not saying the idea is a mistake but how many managers asked for a system like this?
how many people are complaining about it
so why is it still there?
