That one's tough. His primaries are good with no weak spots but his secondary skills are poor. You could train him, but his value isn't that far from its peak right now. He could become a great player but never a salary efficient or very valuable one.

After 2 years, I'd think you would be able to post in "National Team Debate Thread" or "National Team Speeches" but that's just me.

#1 or #3.

Both need ID.

#1 you could train ID a little but of course focus on guard skills.
#3 needs a lot of ID but will train it OK at his height.

Depends who your current trainees are and what training plan they are on. I wouldn't alter them for either of these two, who are not main trainee candidates IMHO.

There are some changes to training. Now you can train even ID on player playing PG with a penalty on effectiveness (penalty specified when setting the training)

What level trainer do you have? 5 is an absolute minimum, 6 is prefferable. I would start with 1 on 1 for forwards and IS, but at this stage defenses and jump range wouldnt be bad either

Congrats. Nice buy.

What I'd try to do is get heavy 1 position training out of the way as early as possible. I think inside scoring for centre would be optimal training. 7 handling and 7 driving means you don't need those trained urgently right now (if you were to train forward 1-on-1), while 1 inside scoring is urgently needed to be improved. It's only possible to raise atrocious inside scoring to a sufficient level with a lot of inside scoring training and 1 position training is the "harder" way to train. If you can get a good chunk of the harder training out of the way at age 18, it'll be easy sailing later on.

Inside scoring for centre, pressure for point guard, inside defence for centre, and 1-on-1 for forwards would be my top 4 choices if you could train those.

He's on track to be a U21 starter next year.
He could get some 1/1 for forwards.

Considering
a) he's going to be a starter?
b) you posted his skills for other managers to see

> Outside Def.: atrocious <

is not going to get it done.

A smart U21 manager from another country will eat that for breakfast.
