With the match of today against Hellas there will be the end of my adventure as South Africa's coach.
After 4 seasons I decide to leave this ''work'' for different reasons:

1 the number of users in 4 seasons was always between 12-18 and so it's very hard to have very large improvements to the team because every draft we have a few number of 18-19 's old and only 2-3 players with high potential.

2 I decide to try to become coach in an other country that is bigger than SA

3 Only 67 % so you don't like me as the first 2 seasons :D

But I can say that I'm very satisfied for this 4 seasons: for two times we had 2nd place in Africa's cup.
We also went for two times in WC and for the first time we won a match in WC:in the first WC against USA,in the second against Australia and I believe that is a good results for one of the smaller country of BB.

About the team and the training I'm quite satisfied:
our big problem when I became coach was the inside guys. Now the situation is quite better with Mufamadi Bird that are still trained and also Mncebisi that is the best C in South Africa ,but unfortunately he already reach the potential

We have finally a good SF ,Wall, and in this season he become a very good player.

About PG/SG We have Beye that is our best PG but unfortunately in this year he never played and his coach never train him but he still to be our best PG.About SG we have Weinstein and Modise that have a lot of pops in this seasons and they now are very important for the team.

But in this position we have also the ''old men'' Makalakalne,Mhlaba,Mbatha .

And there're also some22-23's that now are not in NT but they are still trained.

I want to thanks all Sa's users ,all the trainers of the SA's players.
And also wish a good luck for next coach.I hope that the new coach will be a good coach. And also thanks to Blackmouse for his good work!

Goodbye South Africa

I can just be sad for that. I began to work in this great country as you were looking for a scout - remember? Than the new DB, than a lot of training, than my election...

I have to admit that size of the community is a big issue that affects this great country. We have players with decent potential as Wagana, Schartner, Burr, Kolane, that are growing more than acceptably and will dress NT jersey one day or the other. And I can tell you that this very small number of high potential players is typically well trained. However, it is easier to work in U21 as potential is not so critical than in NT. You did a great job, and defeating USA is something I would like to try, one day or the other

I think a priority to me, your successor and SA managers will be to make this promising community to grow. This country deserves it!

Good luck in your new job!
