Hahahah... SURELY!

Thanks mate, even though I don't really consider anything I've done or said to be cocky.
Confident, sure, but considering I never wrote you or Lakes off, I wouldn't say I was cocky.

I'm gonna go ahead and let Archer advance (not much point in trying ha)

Pretty sure this still means you're going to CT me with your best available line up.
:P
Afterall, anything can happen in this game. You're still in the game, means you still have a chance.

Lakes is still a big chance and a big threat. His team is very well balanced and should I progress that far, I will need to do my homework to beat him.

Regardless of what happens in the next couple weeks, I've enjoyed the competition in this Div and wouldn't be TOOOOO upset if I didn't promote out. (there's always next season!)

Looking forward to the up coming finals but I'll have my work cut out for me. Other than losing HC advantage in the final(If I make it there)) it seems a close affair so I'll be praying my GS is strong or better for my projected starting 9. Good luck to all. Archer is my pick but anything can happen. I'm tipping and hoping for a cracker of a finals series.

Thanks Targess.

I don't usually like being touted as "favorite" but in this case I'll definitely take it as a positive.
And yes I'm glad I have HCA on my side... however in our 1 and only game I did win without HCA (56164285)
But also in saying that, I think you've probably received more benefit from your training than I have since then and I'm definitely expecting it to be closer.Definitely anticipating a 3 game series!

Yeah I remember watching that game and it was very unsual to say the least and was a bit surprised the result. Training hasn't gone as well I expected for all but Pantelidis, Reif and my new PF(still don't remember his name lol) have done ok I guess. Just glad I got 3 good pops this week in likely my favourite skill, hoping it makes a difference. Our clash could really go anyway, an injury or two can change things dramatically. My GS for my starting 10 is all strong or better so I'm wrapped that worked out.

Good luck in the first final mate, looking forward to watching the game(rare I watch them, especially lately) since I don't work tonight for once, yay! Anyways, I think it will be one of the closest final series I've seen. Well bloody hoping it to be so.

Bit surprised by the result and a very strange game. You're big man was giving me a massive headache. I kinda suspected you'd go with an inside tactic and was at a loss on how to defend against him, in the end I decided to play to my strength and managed to scrap it home. Pantelidis was simply awesome in the last quarter and he did a great defensive job, still my PF likely had the biggest influence for my boys over the whole game. Good luck on the next game mate, believe me, it could be a 20 point win to your lads.

I agree.
I don't think all is lost just yet. My boys had a really bad night, we only made 26 fg's.
It's impossible to win with that kind of reward for effort.

Good luck to you also. I will be disappointed if I lose but I will be happy to see you promote as a worthy winner.

Who's everyone putting money on for MVP?

Personally I think it will be Hu Qunsheng from the Lakes Entrance Stingrays.
Not only is he the highest rated player in our league at an average of 14.4, but he's also averaging 17 points at 50% accuracy and 6 assists.
I expect it to be a land slide win for Hu in the votes.

Eh, watching him play through the season I wouldn't come close to tipping him but who knows with BB. As for the next final mate, you've been given a boost. Two of my starting 5, Hu and Damian(C) both dropped to respectable. Bit gutted really as it will really hurt this next game. You're starting 5 are more or less all proficiant. My tip, the Ants by 13 points(big turnaround I know but seriously, watch and see). As for MVP.... Well I have no idea to be honest, you're big PF will be there abouts though.
