You have a pretty good team though, your guys pull out solid ratings and have good gameshape. and u have a $50k PG who is pulling league MVP numbers (but fouls like a bitch).

so yer should be an interesting contest assuming u play ur starters.

Well it looks like my cup run will come to an end this week. I drew the big GM (Gangly Mongolian).

no i think you made the right choice in saving ur enthusiasm for the league.

For me, i had to throw everything i had in order to beat lordy. im still having some flaming issues with Free throws this season. My PG who has Strong FT went 5-10 including a very nice performance at the line at the end of the game.

Still pretty stoked to be in the cup, now the big decision whether to have a crack against the Pancakes or accept that my run will come to an end on Thursday.

Cup would have been wide open if id managed to knock out Dire.

Might have been my best chance to win a major trophy and I just might regret not going for it

Dare I say it, I think your "aura" intimidated me out of our recent cup game.

That and the fact that I didnt think I could beat your mob on your home court

Yes Goldfish and YPB with their recent acquisitions certainly look like they have an agenda and Koops and BrisVegas Spurs could just as easily follow their lead.

That said Id now have you odds on.

After fully intending to concede our game since the draw came out last Thursday night, I actually contemplated at the last minute throwing in a CT and starting my best line up to blindside you.

Would have been an interesting game

Yeah, i was certainly surprised when you packed it in, i thought i was in for a fight that game. Definitely not complaining at the outcome though! :P

Training is still my priority at the moment but unexpectedly adding another trophy to the cabinet this season would be awesome. I'm not as convinced as you seem to be, especially with the other teams starting to buy up now but we'll see how it goes.

I wouldn't count out the D.3 Ballers either!!! :)

Fairly disappointing to see all ABBL teams draw D.2 or 3. Couldn't have drawing a couple against each other to increase the underdog chances!

Considering there are only 6 ABBL teams left in the final 16, i'd say the underdogs are doing pretty well at the moment!
