Well I can't say much more than that we messed up the last few weeks. The amount of delays are unacceptable.

While we don't want to and shouldn't use this as an excuse, we are understaffed at the moment due to several holidays. So we ask for just a little bit of understanding here why we messed up that badly.

It appears the problem that caused the delays was about the same as the problems that caused the delays earlier. However we still didn't find the cause of the problem, so it's tough to fix it. This probably means the games will crash again next saturday, if we don't manage to find and solve that particular problem in the meantime.

Thanks BB-Patrick, for the update. Despite these issues, your team has always done a good job in addressing them in a timely manner and keeping everyone advised as to what to expect through various alerts. This level of professionalism and support is one of several reasons why I remain a paying customer. The thing that confuses me is why has your team has not posted a notice this time, when this has always been done before and even for this issue when it has reoccurred. Why limit your feedback on this issue to a thread in the bugs forum? Should we expect to receive notices in the future, or should we have new expectations? My game only ran a little late, and I can live with infrequent delays. I'm not unhappy, just confused.

Yeah...tournament pairings for next round have not updated yet...last week they were done more than five hours before this, so there is definitely some sort of problem. Of course, I assumed there might be some delay when I was only able to watch the last 3 minutes of my cup game tonight...

In Portugal , for three saturdays, we did´t sow any games (saturday games champinship)!!! That made people o love this game, and payed flor it., be very sad about that! A lot of good and ancient players in Portugal are not very satisfied with the work of GM.Damena!!!
Question: Is he doing the best for the country
2- Are the problems solved and , the bug died!!!!
3- Saturday game: yes or no??
4- Does thhis problem and the fact we did´t see the game influes at the result of it??
