Yeah, I also gathered that the original proposition is to eliminate the playing time requirement altogether, which would make Mike Franks and every other person who values or even understands a logical game squeal with joy. I think most people can agree about that.
FTFY.

I do agree the out-of-position training is something that needs work done.
Trying to have it both ways? Ysk, tsk.

Well, I have to say I like that suggestion

We get 60% of passing training for him, and the rest could even go split to all other skills that are not trained in passing.
That would make training pass on bigs still hard, but we wouldnt feel like we are not wasting training time

Actually I think that the practice already is a bit like that. Not necessarily 40 % of the remainder goes to training other skills , plus some percentage it will do. Even when you train 100 % , some other skills are also trained . Only not know what and how much is this workout. But your idea is good also , sign underneath.

1: Do you really think the way the training method is today is good? The most perfect possible?
No, in my opinion it's complicated, counter intuitive and not user friendly in general.

2: You can be competitive in the major leagues, and trainning for your NT squad? A SF for example?
If you start from scratch, definitely not. If it comes to adding some more easy to train skills (like rebounding or driving/handling) I think you can "finish a product".

3: If you start now, and knew you could not train and be competitive? You motivate with the game?
I would quit.

4: If you think you should change something in the training method, what would you change? Not necessarily something drastic.
Give 4 training slots to every team. 1+2 train 100%, 3+4 80% - you put players in slots, if 48 minutes are played (no matter which position), full training is awarded

5: You would be somehow nervous, angry, unmotivated, if something about the training method, was changed?
No. Any change in this area, towards a more user friendly system, would be a good one I guess.
