But it was a free agent - noone benefits from this link...
Nevermind, i'll rephrase my observation.
I saw a free agent who's training got stuck in what appears to be one on one, due to his extremely high DV & HN.
The strange thing was that this player also popped in his last training in OD.
Did any of you saw a pop in OD during one on one training either? If no one have seen such a pop this probably means my assumption about his latest training was wrong, possible, but strange.

From the first post you find that he might have been training Ball Handling.

Ball Handling

PG/SG:
Trains HN @ 2-3 weeks
Trains DV @ 3-4 weeks
Trains OD @ 7-8 weeks

Maybe,
but he had also 17 in JS.
Maybe my whole assumption was wrong and this player was pretty trained before the manager retired and as you said it - trained HN

thanks

1 pop on shotblockimg. 2 positions, 4 players 48+, 1 player 43 min and 1 player 8 min. Everyone between 18-21. Probably just the slowdown in training. We should get together and see if we can figure out what training speed analysis (381.1) should be like nowadays. +30% longer? more? (loosely thrown out there)

In your opening Post, there are no estimations or experiences for a Training of Outside Shooting for Wings, only for SG, PG/SG or the whole Team.

Is it similar to PG/SG ? Or has no one some experience with this type ? Would be rather surprising.

how does training work anyway? sorry new player. If I stop training before a player changes from inept to mediocre for example, will the time spent during that training week be counted when I return to that specific skill or do I really have to wait until it changes to mediocre before training a new skill?

Yes it will. Players skills have sublevels. You can have an inept player who's 99% on the way to mediocre, but still shows inept. If you train a completely different skill for weeks, and then return to your inept player, he will still be at least at inept, 99%.

Hi there mate, yes, I've had weird behaviour with JS training too...no pops for a loooooong while, even though the players were multi-skilled, young and in best position to favour that skill (i.e., PG, SG even SFs...) Strange..

In principle, against all principles
