I was checking out your formulas and I have a few questions:

1. In the PF formula why do you do ((([js]-[jr])/2)*0.25) shouldn't it be ((([js]+[jr])/2)*0.25)?

2. I am really missing the stamina in the formulas since from my experience the stamina affects the player preforms alot... how do you think to factor it in?

Besides I found your formulas really useful. I am going to use them for my upcoming First game in the Finals!

Jack

using the minus sign is correct. i intentionally subtracted jr to js to include JS as one of the factors in the PF position without the SG owning the position. PF's need JS also but they don't need that much range, so i put it as is.

you can maybe replace the stamina to the game shape in the formula... because i believe game shape refers to the condition of the player at the moment, and stamina refers to the consistency of the player in putting up his numbers.Ü

it's 75% perfect, i might tweak that a little... mostly through the variables.

putting up numbers means the production he is giving for the team on the court...

for example... my center is putting up 22 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 blocks as his consistent numbers...

stamina goes above 10, but i think you have to develop his game form first.

i think its not going above 10. someone confirmed that to me in the helpforum, but not 100% sure.

and i think stamina influence raises as players-minutes raise, so if a player plays 48 mins in the end he is not good anymore if his stamina is low, but in the beginning of the match he is more on his maximum, also he refreshes a bit if he goes out for a few mins (substitution)

there is no recent update... because IMO, the most perfect formula for you is also the formula that you create. the formulas is according to what you want the attribute of a player in that position. It's just that the constants is what ticks a BBS user off...

for me, my formula still needs a little tweaking... but it's fine for me. If there's a new formula posted, i will try that too. but for now, my formulas are doing fine.
