As long as we can hold out for a few more games before we become the Durham funeral home, I'll be fine.

Not your fault really or at least not only yours. It was a collective (shitty and unreliable) effort by the red side and congratulations to WTK for making the playoffs, because he might have been the only one meaning business most of the times. I am one of those to blame for this too, as the drop in performance between my best and second trainee is very high.

As I said before in this thread, I decided to buy some players mid way because the first half of the season has been objectively incomprehensible for me, with weird results all over the place. So I saw a chance to sneak in the playoff despite training or at least not having to go through relegation and I bought help: Vadikolias will keep me entertained for a long time with his 1DR/1HA, but very decent-good other outside skills.

I was more interested in my Utopia team this season where I have the best team in the league by some margin and the trainees are grown up.

Think my GS update has given me a great chance to stay up now... especially good given I positional trained. Big Mac has a 4mil+ DMI rating with High 8 GS!

Sad to see Los Mikitos relegate but truthfully it would have been sad to see either of the two legends go down. I'm not sure I can even imagine an EBBL without Elmacca. Mikramus has already shown he can come back and I'm sure he will again.

The final pits the number 1 offence against the number 1 defence. Erks' players in their prime against the Wasps' aging former superstars. Hopefully my veterans have a title left in them.

Sadly at the other end, the final pits the 2nd best offence against the 2nd worst defence, so it would be an enormous upset to see anything but a Durham win. I will give it a go though.
