Hi there mate, yes, I've had weird behaviour with JS training too...no pops for a loooooong while, even though the players were multi-skilled, young and in best position to favour that skill (i.e., PG, SG even SFs...) Strange..

In principle, against all principles

Well, It really does look like JS training is takin a bit longer then before, maybe it has to do with trainers level, i really have no clue. I just switched back to JS training last week, and two players poped, 18 and 20 yo, but I expected them to pop when I wrote the first message, like 3 weeks ago. What positions do you train?(wingmen, forwards etc..)

I've noticed that on the last two weeks training speed of my players is going slower (only 1 pop last week in pressure and 0 today in JS) Before there were 2-3 pops every week. Only random or training speed is generally slower?

I play only for 8 weeks, so limited records but: I train PG/SG JS. All my players (age 18 / 19) pop up every 2 or 3 weeks. Interestingly, I have had just one player who popped up in JS two weeks in a row. The player is 18, had only 41 minutes and is looked after by a level 3 coach!

Are there any similar observations? Does anybody know which factors drive these nice unexpected events?

Thx
