We already have a scout that you can pay to give you different amounts of information each week.

Yes, but exist persons who are worried about persons who don't pay nothing to have information about the draft, and this could be a solution.

For example scout betwwen level 2 and 7 for example, and you pay a weekly salary to they, in order to have information.

Better scouts better information.

That would give the rich managers to much power as they could afford the best scouts. If the rich managers keep getting the best players from the draft they will just become richer. The current system is good because you don't have to be that rich to get the best scouting and it gives newer managers a chance to have good drafts too.

That's a solid point...but I think that exist some good teams that aren't rich and other bad teams that are rich, so if bad and rich teams instead of waste I think I can say millions in TL, they can invest in the draft

That's basically the system we have now, and I know that most of the high-level teams in the NBBA do no scouting.
