sure you get attributes, but with the same arguments you could put him hundreds of attributes - and to be honest it would be pretty complicated to include that with the existing players if you make a new set of attributes.

Its true that those taller guards had good inside defence and that made them better defenders, but they were excellent at pure perimeter defence. They had the instincts to know when to reach for a steal, when to back off, how to stay with a guard who was driving at them, etc. I always thought a guy like Iverson was pretty average as an outside defender compared to those guys. Most importantly they had the strength to push past screens when needed. Defenders need to be strong outside as well as inside.

As far as this game goes, in my last game the 6'6 PG had 3 blocks. I'm not sure if he blocked outside or inside shots though. From your experience in this game, do you think a taller guard defends the perimeter better than a smaller guard (i.e., if they have the same OD skill)?

Height doesn't affect skills it only affects the ability to train to get those skills. So a a 6'3 PG would defend just as well outside as a 6'8 player with the same OD skill.

Well that's not very realistic then. So my 6'6 PG must have blocked those shots because of his blocking ability. Anyway, all this is probably asking too much from a game thats free to play.
