What other factosr you meant?

I have no idea, but I think the cap takes into account the amount of skills (but also the skills which don't affect salary). So if he's a multiskilled player, he should hit his cap at a lower salary than a monoskilled player. Don't quote me on this, though.

His had his lost pops in outside defense and handling, so we consider that he can be close to the next level in jump shot, jump range or driving. In the salary calculator with these skill pops, the salary is 212.000$. But i don't think that he can be close to the next level in three different skills in the same time. At least it is very unlikely.

Hey, it is unlikely but anyway it still possible. It should be the real reason. You can also add near +-5% as a possible mistake for salary calculators.
