As he is a superstar potential he will never reach his cap so just train as much as you want =)

Since when has there been no cap for Superstar potential?

Im 99.9% certain his salary will be alot more than 49k with that skill set.

And you reached this conclusion...how? Just based on a feeling or have you calculated it?

I used the old calculator and took 15-20% off since salaries have dropped by that much.

Well there is, but it's around 130k - 190k. Since this fella is in his late 20s, he would probably train like a turtle before reaching his cap. Also, the guy training him is in 4th league and even if in 4-5 seasons reaches 2nd league, for instance, I doubt he will be needing a 200k monster.

Speaking of 200k salary monsters, I prefer a 120k - 150k one with good secondaries if I have to choose.

I think you should train both. 2 minutes missing from training means very little if it happens only occasionaly.

I have also trained with 37-40 minutes few times when one of my trainees fouled out. I wasn't happy with it, but what can you do. That's why I train Outside defense first so my trainees foul out less. I'm training guards of course.
