I would do a group demo first and get 19 for the price of 10. grey balls mean nothing at all. Then if you see at least 5 players you want to interview, I would skip measuring, cause the potential is probably most important. Then if you don't like at least two I would fork out on scouting in the last weeks, but then again if you can consider it, do it and do combine and demo first or do what I said earlier and some shots in the dark!

Those "shots in the Dark" worked out great for me I found an 18 year old A+ 5 star 5 Potentail SG who is 6'1 it doesnt get much better than that.
and 2 19 year old 4 star players with 5 star potentail and 1 18 year old with 4 star 4 potnetail so I am going to tank this season i sold all my players Exept for Tommy and then bought 4 scrubs in the off season after the Draft Ill Buy Players( and Sell players) to Fil in spots
