u21 trainer once said. there is prospects that is trained with 4lvl trainer. but they never made u21 roster. if you're aiming for that, you need at least lvl 5. maybe it's just 4-5 skills over 3 seasons.

It can be done with a level 4, I have a player on the Canadian U21 with a level 4 trainer.

I think it depends on countries. For some countries, it would be very hard because so many managers are also having good prospects for U21, thus lvl 5 trainer is really important. For smaller countries (like India, my country), it's not as hard because there are only a few managers, so lvl 4 is sufficient to get your player to be on the U21 team.

I have 3 gaurd trainees that I am single training with a level 6 trainer. It is amaxing what he has done too them.

I have to wait to get more money to get another trainer, so, people won't out bid me. I am planning on getting a level 5 trainer though.

Please....regular GMs should stick to level 4 trainers as they don't need anything more.
Only people in high divisions and people training genuine NT chances should get level 5 or 6.
Level 7s are for the smaller country div 1s or Chinese. AKA the rich.

Yes this is a generalization but div 5s don't need level 5 trainers.
