i'm getting the same problem...usually whenever this happens i can just reload the page and it will come up. but it hasn't worked in a few days now for me.

Same issue here...

Here is my little workaround:
Empty cache/cookies/history
Try to reload the page => same issue

I think the last time it worked fine was 2 (or 3) days ago... (before the transfer rollback but maybe it is just a coincidence)
