Or he could have Depth in his bench and then just go Starter/Backup for every odd numbered game and Backup/Starter for even numbered games.
so like
you can put ur trainee's as either Starters/backups depending on thier Skill's
Game 1:
Starters/backups
Game 2: Put your trainees in the oposite spot so if they were starters make them Backup and viceversa
Backups/Starters
Game 3:same as gameone put your trainee's where you had em p.s i suggest you stick with one trainee and focus on him

I suggest you TIE(take it easy) some games you might not win many games but after a while your Enthusiasm will go up alot after about 1-2 weeks you will start winning games with TIE( take it Easy).

please dont buy scrubs on your team that just gives your team a weakspot
with the 10 man roster your team's average minutes is 60-74 which is good enough
that equation that person gave you doesnt workout unless you have the same starters start everygame and every player play the same minutes
I can't Force you to use this all i can say is that it works for me and it might work for you p.s try to find your teams tactic and play style as that too will help with games
