Exactly. Four season ago I started with 18yo with 4.5k salary and 19yo with 5k salary. 18yo already surpassed 19yo in salary and skills after four seasons of training. And this is only one year of difference. Immagine 21yo and 30yo...no contest really. I still got 10-11 pop-ups per season from 21y old. 30y old would get 2-3.

Do you think if I train my younger players Fidelis, and Joshua in Jump Range and Jumpshot, but then also get Danas my old 29 year old in on League games can he still pop from average to respectable Jumpshot by seasons end?

He can depending on where his sublevel is but even so, it will take forever to train.

Most teams train guys up to 25/26 at max for refining reasons and it is always better to be training younger guys rather than old veterns as it takes too long for a pop

I am just training him so that I can get sell him next season to get younger and to hopefully get a better player with all the money im saving up

The oldest player I have ever single position trained is 24 however when I am doing two position trainings like jump shot which I did quite a bit last season I don't mind my 25 and 26 year old's coming along for the ride and getting some training. However out of the last 8 weeks of jump shot training my 6'2" 26 year old has only had one jump shot and one driving pop so it is really hardly worth it except for exceptional players or those you have an exceptional emotional attachment to.

Don't waste your time with him. At 31 y/o next season, no one will pay more than 20k for him unless he's got 10k+ salary (it could happen but why waste a whole season for such a meager reward?). You can grab an 18 y/o rookie right now (all-star to perennial) with 3k+ salary at less than 50k, train 1 position, and will get you 10x more than what you could get for that 30 y/o. Or keep him for further training.

What's the level of your trainer? Was it 1 or 2 position trainning?

1 on 1 for forwards? 2 pops in DR and HA and one pop in IS and JS? With good sublevels, this is totally doable.
