And you know why they got one of strongest nationall teams in Asia? because other countries Like Spain,Italia,Germany,Usa training their young players thats a reason why, and other big countries cant be stronger because other countries dont training their players.

Suggestion 1: all-stars weekends are so booring in this game, so i have idea what can make it a bit more fun . the player who wins the 3pt contest should get 1lvl up on shooting range skill.

How does it make the ASW less boring ? ^^
The skill up prize doesn't make any sense. The 3p contest is only a few shots. It's already quite fun to have your player winning the contest. Asking for a skill improvement or money isn't a matter of fun, I think :)

Suggestion 2: make the legionaries limit, just think, it would be much more realistic than now, seeing all team from other counties, oh when be legionaries limit, there will emerge ....... to train your own country players for nt, nt would be much stronger too. legionaries limit should be from 4 to 6 players range, than at least half of your team rosters will be your own country's players. So the game would be more interesting and much much more realistic

There is no issue of equity here. Everyone can choose to have foreign or country-based players, it's a matter of choice and taste.
I dislike pointless rules designed to limit a player's opportunities for no good reason. They are only nuisances to the gameplay. Everyone should enjoy the game and play it as he likes.
As for realism, not all RL leagues limit the number of foreign players.

2. The participation of players in the all-star game and in the 3 point contest should give a prize money award for each player's presence. Even if it was not too much $. As an example, it could be a symbolic award of, for example:
- $ 40.000 for starters;
- $ 30.000 for bench players;
- $ 20.000 for the winner of the 3 point contest;
- $ 10.000, for the other players that participate in the 3 point contest.

Way too much cash in prizes and a game issue with pumping more money in.
Even with cash prizes halfed or less, it's a problem with the number of leagues.
I don't think it will add any excitement to the ASW, moreso when the selections are revealed by sunday. How will it make us enjoy the week more ? It won't change the feelings of those bored during this week and only add issues.

edit : improved from very bad to bad english

Or at the very least, how about the players gain a cups game equivalent of experience for being in the allstar game.

I wouldn't be against a small increase in merchandising too for the next couple weeks after for those with starters in the allstar game.

I also agree with the getting rid of the red color, it just has a negative feel associated with it for a meaningless game.

Prize Money for all star appearances should never be in this game as long as the selection process is still a crapshoot. e.g a 10k player starting over a 50k player

If this is fixed or if some managers have control over who is selected or not then yes prize money would be a good reward.

I totally agree with you.
Managers from the same Division Group should be able to vote the lineup for the all-star game (withour permisson to vote on their own players).

But for me the prize money issue is just an idea.
I guess more ideas would be welcome.

I agree with all of this especially merch for all star appearances, though I'd like a user voting system to be implemented.

Check the Suggestions they are important

So why would anyone vote when voting is strictly hurting their players chances of making the team. There would be few enough coaches voting without this disincentive.

I know Monkey will disagree but in order to get coaches voting they need to have an incentive to vote. So my suggestion is that for each position, for their conference all-star team, they are to nominate two players, and only one per position can be from their team. So each coach will probably nominate five of their own players and five that are not. The second part of my incentive is that the players on the WINNING team only get $10,000 each for their manager. It is a trivial amount in the big picture but may be enough to get people off their bums and voting. Maybe if they want the money they will actually vote the best players in the league not just thrie own.

Two small incentives may get 50% of active coaches voting, your one massive disincentive will get close to 0% of coaches voting.

I agree! :)

I think rewards/incentives are fine as long as the end result of the player selection isn't a crap shoot. You can not justify a 10k C starting or making the all star team over a 50k C or the fact a 50k C that plays at PG for training gets voted in at PG over better 20k PGs.

As long as the selection processes is better and maybe with a bit more input from managers rather than the "fans", then the whole rewards system makes perfect sense.
