I've noticed that too.
I'm training pressure on these players: 21yo, 21yo, 20yo (max height 190cm), and it's been painful till now, one of them got only 2 pops in 6 weeks.
Moreover, I haven't seen cross-training yet. So far, I've seen only the worst part of this system, and I'm not the only one.

all my guys experienced normal pops and cross-training pops. It seems it's working fine. Perhaps you guys capped the 21-22 yo?

this is at least interesting. But no one will give a damn, unless it goes for like a season long. for your sakes, i hope it works out, and you have a double pop or something

I am fully convinced looking at my players that there may not be snags in the system.
Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

something fishy going on here? i guess it is time for me to pop up then!
my 18 year old willy has popped 7 times this season so far (a lot of 1on1)
3 x js
1 x od
2 x ha
1 x dr
seems good so far :)
while my willy has been great my wang (age 20) has almost been popping just as much also 6 or 7 pops so far
2 js
1 jr
2 od (1 is listed as 8 weeks ago not sure if that is season 16 or 17)
1 ha
1 dr
even 27 yo xie has had 2 pops, 1 js 1 dr
so it doesnt seem fishy to me :)

you can not really compare 1 on 1 training and JR training in terms of total pops.
1 on 1 would be always the thing to train if you like to see lot of pops across the boards, and overall it look be quite normal with pops what you hear from the majority. And yes it got slower, properly around 20% for your player ten for age and ten for the main reduction.
Edit: You could test it in a virtual enviroment.
