Yes, it is possible that no pops happened for the week. Happens to me from time to time. But you may rest assured there is training. Skills have sub-levels, and I'm pretty sure if the players are as young as you said, they will pop next week. Two position training don't train as fast as one position training, so keep it up, you'll see them pop!

That's right.

When you train, your skills always rise on those so called sub levels, the pops come when you complete amount of sublevels necesary for every level.

Even with one position trainnings you'l have same week with no pops... Hey, I haven't had any pop for a random skill yet...

Does anyone have a indication on what the difference is between the speed/value of training for the Skill JumpShot regarding one on one training and Jump Shot training? I assume that its faster when you let them train JS (as training) but how much?

No one knows how much. 1 on 1 mainly trains driving so it's logical that JS training trains JS more. :)
