Agreed. No reason to play him 48min a game...EVERY GAME! only needs 48min a week to get training. You could train 2 guys just as efficiently. If you want to see him put up stats and help your team win, then give him starters minutes and sit him during cup games. 25-32 min a game, 2 games a week will help him increase gameshape which will increase productivity, and less likely to suffer a 2-3 week injury which would set back his training quite a bit.

Maybe if ur team stays in better shape there would be no need of someone making clutch shots since ur playing in div IV...... and besides what are you gonna do about the experience lost when ur players injured for 2-3 weeks? whatever u gain from playing him 144 mins a week will be gone after that n u will basically end up in the same spot but with horrible game shape and missed training.... n it may not be a bad idea to train your pg and C at the same time they can both use the same skills like driving n passing

Not sure how to phrase this other than to say you're being a fool.

Sell your $30000 player and buy five $6000 players. Problem solved.

Since you're playing against bots, you don't need a $30000 player and with a bigger roster you can manage minutes. There isn't a single guy reading this that won't tell you that you're team will be far better with cheaper players with good gameshape then running everyone on the roster into the ground. There' s a very good reason why you never see a top team running out only 6-7 guys every week.

What are you training Sammons on right now as I see he plays PF most weeks? Thought he was going to get a full season of training his guard skills? Even at PF, he isn't getting any single position training at the big man skills? Seems odd.

I would assume one on one for forwards?

I wouldn't worry about him for now, he probably has no shot at making the U21 team. You'd have to wait for him to be 24 or 25 and see if he has a shot at the NT team.
