Luitpold - old first name not common anymore, i believe also more common in the nobility.

Freiherr - a rank of nobility dict leo says baron, but we german know baron too so i think it is something lower

Spiegel - "Mirror" a surname but don't makes much sense at this position.

von und zu - "from" and "to" common surname in the nobility, in german but if you say both them you make jokes above them cause the real one have max one from them.

Peckelsheim - could be a village
