Pace in LP or LI doesn't matter, it's only trick in which BBs made instruction less clear ;-) There are differences between shot selections. LP is iside oriented tactic whilst LI is outside oriented tactic.

Do you mean that it allows for more outside play than LP or?

It's more similar to one of patient cases if we look at mechanism of action construction.

Many forms of outside oriented tactic have been tried, and will be tried in this world of buzzer and beatter. No one pretends that Look Inside is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that Look Inside is the worst form of outside oriented tactic in BB

I don't have much experience, but I've noticed that my team performs better with LI when the C or PF has some passing. Guards cut more often to the basket being assisted by the passing big man. This is actually what a Princeton offense is supposed to do in real life.

Can anybody elaborate a little further on the outside orientation of LI?

I still don't get how LI is outside oriented... Do you have evidence? I understand that it can be more outside oriented that LP but most of the shots are still taken inside.

I would assume that with LI most players need a good IS rating, but with LP only the C and PF (and SF somewhat) need a good IS rating. If not the case, this is how it should be.

Question is how actions are created, not where do they end. Most power of LI comes from outside, and therefore zone isn't as good against LI as against LP.

So, in your opinion, what stats are more beneficial for each tactic?
