I didn't know how to say in a polite way that your post is...well, not intelligent. No offense, I'm judging the post and not the poster.

Yes, I have the same problem as well.

ask the NT manager to dismiss the kid

I really want to see if he would do that. If he did, this would lower team's enthusiasm.

Having your player play in the NT is a bonus. If your friend isn't happy because his player never plays even though the player is in the roster, by all means, ask the NT manager to dismiss the kid, or your friend can sell the player off. Then the player will just be a normal player and your friend will not have to worry about missing out on merchandise.

I dont care much about my players NT games, but I can understand people going crazy if the NT coach does stupid thing. Cool story: A couple of seasons ago one of my players was dumped from a U21 squad because he was "too old" (21 years old and by far the best player on that team), that made me really mad, lol.

i could even understand it, after you are out of competition (basically) you can give the enxt generation an xp boost and maybe an advantage for the next competiton :)

That would be the case for all micronations then. As long as XP is some unknown factor...

i don't think that Xp is an unknown factor, and why not concentrating on the more important games? Especially since XP si known to work.

Then you have better chanche for a win or even two when it counts, and your player are in the best age betwen 20,5 and 21,5 and not anymore with 21,9 where there only play scrimmage. Depending on future for the senior team, they could stay in.

Being NT manager isn't really all that difficult. All you (I) do is selecting NT players in the beginning of season (which is not difficult for me since Albania is not that big in BB) and set proper line up.

Of course, the general rules applies for NT matches too: The line up should be based on Game Shape, and opponent. And Tactic. Also, set the enthusiasm. At games where I'm quite sure I lose, common sense makes me Take It Easy.

However, we had a terrible U-21 manager we just replaced (in the middle of the season). He removed all the U-21 players, just for fun. Even though we have a new manager for U-21, the enthusiasm of the team is 1. Which makes it impossible to win even against...say the worst NT team in BB.
