I'm not necessarily attached to him I just wanted to know if its worth training him but I guess I'll just sell him thanks to everybody for the advice

Short answer: no, because you'd be neglecting better talent if you tried.

You've got a 19-year-old guard with Hall of Famer potential, and another 19-year-old guard with mid-level potential who's your third-highest salaried player. They've got to be better prospects than this 6-9 guy. If you do big man training for the 6-9 guy, you're missing opportunities to train these better players as guards.

In BB you have to train at 1 or 2 positions max; you can't develop both big men and guards at the same time. Since you've got better guard prospects, focus on guards, and let this guy go if he doesn't fit that plan.
