I would like to be USA, but not near my town, like lets say I'm facing someone from New York, I live in Houston, then we could pick a neutral site, lets say, Seattle. Is there a timezone problem there?
Yeah, the game adjusts automagically. If you play a game in New York, it'll start at 8pm Eastern time, while if you play in Seattle, it'll start at 5pm Pacific time instead.
