Disapointing start of the season.


Hi everyone,

It's been a while, almost a month. And not much good has happened since then. Last monday our team fell in the third straight loss of the season. I know how disapointing this is for you, our an base.
First off I want to say that I did not made this thread to make excuses for losses. I get it: the three losses were my fault. Due to my lack of experience I did the worst thing possible: I hired AND fired lots of young talent.
It is all my fault!
Because of this our enthiousasm went from 5 to 1. At first I didn't know why, now I do.
Well let me say this: I will not make this mistake again. We are going to raise our enthousiasm up this week against Estonia (a sure loss, they are unbeatable), and we will fire up all the engines to make a great end-of-the-season-run by (hopefully) winning the games against Malta, England and Scotland.
Then after that we will concentrate on the new draft class who is giving us a hard time finding talented players.

I am sorry for the inconvenience for yet another bad season for our U21 squad.

Is our U21 coach dead?

No he's not... But he's busy preparing for next season. A review of our disastrous season will come in a few days, also a preview for the next season.

A disastrous year, but we see a bright light at the horizon.


Well it's been a while, but I've been busy lately with my studies AND the future of the U21.
As everyone already knows, this year was also a complete disaster. I apoligize again for this season..

But now comes something you'll all love to hear. Me and the NT coach did a review of the 19-20 year olds, as some of you had already noticed, and we made a selection for next year. And we have to say it's a really good one, nice job of you Managers to train the players so well! A applause for yourselves :D. We're hoping to end the streak of bad seasons next season.

Well for the upcoming draft, we're looking for a few scouts. You don't have to have lots and lots of experience, although this is a plus! When you scout, you'll also learn to comprehend te game better and learn about training tactics etc... Note that it takes 1-2 hours per week to do your correctly!
