I think part of your problem is you are losing to "Bot" teams, in D.II. Only 1 team in your half of the league has logged in in 3 weeks. 6 teams have not logged in this year! Thats over 28 days of being inactive. Yes, you are building, but when your team isn't even remotely competitive, your fans are going to think, that the manager isn't doing everything possible to win.

I was changing my PR and, by mistake, hired one who had a twice larger salary. I dumped him and hired another one, and since, I'm getting only two balls on ''try to improve the team'' category, whereas I used to get four-to-five regularly.

I agree that fan survey rating is important.

However, I always wonder whether scrimmage affect attendance? If I invite a team at high ranking for a scrimmage, would it affect the attendance of next home game?

and also:
- winning the last away game
- winning the game to your rival
- winning the las TV game
- being higher in the standings

It is not the last away game, it is the last game. This is important.

Its USUALLY an away game before the homegame that impacts attendance...IF its a home game, like if you ahve two home games in a row, it will be a home game that impacts the 2nd homegames attendance, not an away game.

People get this part of it wrong all the time.

If I could +10 this I would. There's no benefit at all, attendance-wise, to winning a road game when your next game is on the road, assuming it's not a TV/rival game. If the games are in different economic weeks it may have a small effect on merchandise but not worth worrying about.
