Ask not what you can do for your country -- ask what your country can do for you.

In Hungary is a big problem.
We train 10-12 high salary's center (160-230k), but can not stand to educators 2-3. divisions.
On First league full of foreigners, cheaper center....
Hungarian players go foreign countries, but he fired them. So we have to take 8-10 potential NT players deleting on this game .. : (
You should delete the fire key or wages reduced!

So if you obviously hate NTs and players trained for NT - why do you coach your NT? Stop your "every player with a salary of 200k+ must be a bad player"-campaign, please!

The above player is neither a farm player nor a three skill donkey. Not all of these 200k+ salary guys are farmed or stupidly built. Yet, as there are so many of them, there quite cheap to buy.

It's like there are hundreds of Zlatan Ibrahimovics out there but only a handful of teams can pay their salary in the long run. Their price surely would decrease as well.

But as scout the problem is that you have to make several people train such monsters. Cause you never know which ones will survive till they're ready for NT ;)

sold for approx. 65000K

Haha, wishful thinking

The trand with those players is, that the prices are going down. I predict that in a few seasons you will have to pay to get rid of those players, as they OBVIOUSLY are bad. (sarcasm!)

If we had a cap on individual salaries (lets say 200k), those players would become highly appreciated assets. Thats the easiest solution to this mess, too bad there is no intention of fixing this [expletive] mess what we call economy.

Conversely, let's say they eliminated the NTs and U21s entirely. Would these players still be trained? Would they be valuable then? If they would be trained and be valued, then of course there's a problem with the economy. If these players, however, would no longer be wanted because they exist primarily to serve on the NT, it's patently unfair to say that it signals a problem with the economy since the NT is not part of the BB economy (other than the merchandise effects).
