You actually just helped me identify a mistake! I accidentally used the CA Foreigners ratings for you last game! Which significantly helped your average ratings.

I've updated it and, unfortunately, it did not help your ranking haha.

YAY for last place

Haha dang... Now it's just an average team that's badly coached.

I give a specific thank you to smedlock and demon hoosier for giving me their worst effort possible and making my team look much better than they are. I will gladly take the PD though!

Some quick notes:

1) New North Star has to be the best 0-4 team in D3. They're 8th in overall team ratings, and right in the middle in team salary, but just can't get a W right now.
2) On the opposite side of the coin, The Door Mats remain undefeated with only the 11th best overall ratings. 3 normals against TIEs has helped there, but this team has found a way to consistently be really, really competitive with almost half the salary that other teams use.
3) The Big 8 is once again shaping out to be the tougher division from top to bottom. We claim the top 3 spots in the power rankings, and teams that carry a lot of salary are still lurking well below where I expect them to finish.

There are some changes this week, primary because the first two games no longer count for the team rating section of the formula. I'm hoping this change gives a more accurate view of how teams are doing in the present.

Also, great game Thunderhorse. I watched it this morning and couldn't believe I made that 4th quarter run. Double OTs are tough on game shape though...

Since there were some changes, I've indicated whether each team is moving up or down in the rankings compared to last week.

BTW, I think your team is excellent for dogfighting. They must have very high stamina so they
are dominate in the last minutes in the very close games. Definitely I was one of the victims.

They really don't have high stamina though... I honestly can't explain the win against you, because on paper you're way ahead of my team. Last night was a little different because I really didn't expect it to be close. I had some scrubs in as backups and was missing my starting PF with foul trouble for most of the 1st half. Still, down 14 going into the 4th I was still shocked to come back.

The top two teams will meet this Saturday. It will be very interesting to watch the game.

Should be a good one. He's carrying a ton more salary and better game shape right now. Not sure I can keep up at his place....

ya I thought I might pull it off last night but that 4th quarter was brutal. then I had a game winning attempt in the 1st overtime but it didnt go down. I watched it live and it was pretty exiting. just wish i could be bragging today instead but overall I was pretty happy making a game out of it.

Your mom is pretty exciting.

So my walk over game Tues helped me climb to number 1. Will be interesting come Saturday's game.
