Given that we know that the cost per pop hasn't changed, you'll still end up with a highly inflated salary on any player you stack SB on.
When there's a salary reduction, the validity of stacking SB might get there. But thats not me proposing that it isn't viable, thats me telling you that it simply isn't viable even after the improvements to the talent. It simply isn't going anywhere, much for the same reason that teams aspiring for less than NT talent dont stack much into passing on certain players. It just costs too much on top of the overall skill point total.
