Yup, guess they ran out of money since 3000 more paid that price every other home game this season in the bleachers

If attendance mechanism doesn't work then You should be happy and sit quite, because it looks like You had too many spectacors in 4 previous matches. You almost filled bleachers with maximal ticket price, however You have average record 9-7. System is prepared to reward better results. So You can't gain maximal ticket incomes with so many loses. It would be simply unfair for teams, which finish season without lose. 9-7 win-lose record is crealry worse than 16-0.
You received 520-540k in 4 previous matches and 450k in last match. It's c.a. 2570k in last 5 matches with not impressive record 9-7. With perfect 16-0 record (and with Your arena) You should expect 5x 540k = 2700k. I think it looks more than fair: 2570k for team with 9-7 record if team with perfect record has only 2700k. With 56% won games You received tickets incomes equal to 95% of incomes expected for team without defeat.

You are wrong - This game can't have it both ways
I was punished last season for relegating.
No matter what I did and my prices were quite low, I couldn't get the fans I deserved.
My team lost game 2 of the season which I shouldn't have lost and won the next 20 in a row to go 21-1.
My team then walked through the playoffs and promoted back to division 1.
So...my reward when I promoted was to have the fans come no matter what for a half a season.
If they didn't come last season when I won all the time, they should come this season when I don't win all the time.
Please tell me which league has fans that would stop coming after that team promoted, won 5 of 6, only lost to the country`s best team, is getting ready for the final 8 of the Country`s cup and just came home from a huge road win in the cup against another top team.
I understand how this game works and I expected this.
I`m saying it`s not right, so..without trying to hurt your or anyone else`s feelings
any attempt to explain that is just dumb

You are wrong

As always I have the same answer: "I agree, You are wrong" ;-)
No matter what I did and my prices were quite low, I couldn't get the fans I deserved.

Really? Please make first time 22-0 after relegation and 0-22 after other relegation. Do You think incomes from whole season will be the same? ;-) I don't think so. The same after promotion: please make 22-0 and 0-22. Incomes will be different as well. As I said earlier - system is prepered to reward better results. And 9-7 record is better than 0-16 and worse than 0-16. It's very simple.
Promotion/relagation bunus is only one of factor.
You can't expect maximal incomes with average record (number of loses almost the same as number of wins). There must be room to reward better teams. Instead of comparing attendance in two matches please try to compare incomes from whole season. Conclusions will be obvious - system works properly. Please imagine it's possible that promoted team win with number 1 and 2 in country. And it would be very unfair if he couldn't gain more incomes than team, who lost with number 1 and 2 in country.

neither one of us can say if it was the same exact or new fans each game.. Only sure ticket money is season ticket holders at the start of the seasons. The rest is not mandatory money..

I sold 10k seats one time then the next game 5k seats maybe less than that.. Its not gureenteed money only season ticket holder is.. I love money on BB, but to sit here and say it unfair is far fetched your making millions. My arena is only 3-4K some thing seats odd under yours and I don't get now where near 400K$ a game.

I understand your point all but I think I need the bigger tissue tonight lol

What about my attendance?

16-0, I destroyed everyone who got on my way, I played against my main rivals three games in a row, and yet still, my attendance is going down. I fired my PR 5-6 weeks ago because he wasn't worthwhile, but that hasn't got anything to do with the decrease in last couple of games. And I'm not speaking about the percent, as I realize my prices are fairly high, I'm just speaking about the trend which has no sense. What more do fans want from me? :D

Where do You see regular trend? There are typical, little fluctuations.
In Your last 8 league matches visible on arena page we have:
8771
8814 (more)
7633 (less)
8623 (more)
9176 (more)
8994 (less)
9233 (more)
8804 (less)
Reason of little fluctuation could be:
- stronger/weaker opponent
- better/worse performance of key player in previous match
- more/less minutes of homegrown player in last match
- point difference in last won match
- injury/worse GS of beloved player
- weather

The attendance formula remains broken but I'd be interested in knowing what level PR guy you keep? That does make a difference.
