I don't care how "easy" it would be to implement, it would be a poor allocation of time and resources that could alternatively go into making the game better.

I'm glad we can share GM roles with women, its not man vs women basketball, its gm vs gm. Also good that we dont even know which one is femakle. It stayus away from social awkwardness.
